GLOBAL is a prefix command, it should be followed by a subcommand.
Available subcommands are:

LIST/INFO [botname]	Show botlist or info on botname
DIE [bot]		Kill bot or all bots
DEBUG lvl		Set debug to level lvl (0..2)

The DIE and DEBUG commands require operator levels (125 or higer)
