The IncuBot User's Manual - The !nprotadd Command               

Usage: !nprotadd <nick> <protlevel>

Userlevel required: 100

Purpose: !nprotadd adds a user with a specified level to the
protlist, just like PROTADD, only here you only need to specify the
nick, not the usermask. The person who is to be added must be on one
of the channels I'm on. A userlevel 100 is required to !nprotadd at 50,
and 125 is required to !nprotadd to 100.
