The IncuBot User's Manual - The !seen Command                   

Usage: !seen <nick|mask>

Userlevel required: 0

Purpose: !seen shows you what time, date and address the
nick specified on the command line was last on one of the channels
I'm on. If a mask is given, the first (if any) entry with a nick
that matches the mask will be shown.
