COMMANDS:

The following commands can be used to control VladBot-ec.  To get
more information, use /msg VladBot-ec help <command>. Notice that
when using a command in public, a '!' should preceed the command.
Commands sent with /msg VladBot-ec command don't require a
leading '!'.
