VladBot is based on VladBot, a C-bot written by VladDrac
(irvdwijk@cs.vu.nl) who has had lots of help from Richie_B
(richie@morra.et.tudelft.nl)

A copy of VladBot can be found at NederServ, the Dutch service bot.
do /msg NederServ files to see what the latest version is, and get it
by typing /msg NederServ send <latest_version>

To get some statistic info, type /msg VladBot info
