Usage: help <topics/command/level/pattern>

     Topics  - Shows categories of help entries.
     Command - Displays help entry for specified command
                 Example: -help kick
     Level   - Displays all commands for specified level
     Pattern - Shows all help entries matching *pattern*
                 Example: -help *spy*
