The IncuBot User's Manual - The !npewpadd Command               

Usage: !npewpadd <nick> <shitlevel>

Userlevel required: 100

Purpose: !npewpadd adds a user with a specified level to the
shitlist, just like SHITADD, only here you only need to specify
the nick, not the usermask. The person who is to be added must be
on one of the channels I'm on.  This is the CDA compliant version of
!nshitadd
