The Mikribot User's Manual - The !close Command                  

Usage: !close <channel>

Userlevel required: 100

Purpose: !close will cause me to try and prevent anyone from
entering the channel. I will set the channel +i, +l 1 and +k
with a key containing both random chars and the nick of the one
who specified !close.

After a while the auto-limit system will increase the limit, but
it will not remove +i and +k.
