The Mikribot User's Manual - The !deop Command                   

Usage: !deop <nick>

Userlevel required: 50

Purpose: !deop causes me to deop the nick specified. I'm a bit
thick, really, because I'll even deop protted users, only to
re-op them immediately afterwards.
