The Mikribot User's Manual - The !shitadd Command                

Usage: !shitadd [-expire <days>] <mask> <shitlevel> [reason]

Userlevel required: 125

Purpose: !shitadd adds a user with a specified level to
the shitlist.  If [-expire <days>] is specified, the shitmask
will delete itself after the number of days specified.
