The Mikribot User's Manual - The !send command                   

Synonyms: !get, !mget

Usage: !send <file>

Userlevel required: 0

Purpose: !send will cause me to send you the file specified. In
order to receive the file, you will need to type the following
line: /dcc get Mikribot <file>

I will ask you to type this after I have prepared the connection.
