The Mikribot User's Manual - The !massnk Command                 

Usage: !massnk <mask> [channel]

Userlevel required: 75

Purpose: !massnk Makes me kick all users who are not
in the userlist who match the usermask specified. You can specify
which channel that I'm on they're to be kicked from but if it's
left out I will kick them from my default channel.

Ex. "!massnk *!*@*.for.nau.edu"
