The Mikribot User's Manual - The !showusers Command              

Usage: !showusers [channel]

Userlevel required: 125

Purpose: !showusers makes me show you a list of all the users
on the channel specified, their user/shit/prot/exc levels and
their modes. If no channel is specified, it'll show a list of
users on the channel you're currently on.
