iThe Mikribot User's Manual - IPv6                               

The bot doesn't understand IPv6 well, nor does it have support
for connecting via IPv6. Users can be added, but it will not
generate valid hostmasks on its own.

Users that have IPv6 addresses that resolve should not pose any
problems for the bot.
